Our rums exemplify the pursuit of excellence and authenticity. Generally made from molasses, they are very lightly sweetened and fully express their rich flavor and the flavor of local character. They come from batches of fewer than four barrels and are unfiltered to preserve the richness of this expressive alcohol. They may therefore sometimes exhibit a slight opalescence.
Rum Bullion is the old name for rum, which could mean "sugar cane broth" in the French islands.
To release the aromas, rinse your glass with fresh water and empty it before pouring this great alcohol.
Tasting notes
Eye: Deep gold.
Nose: Dry and tangy, slightly earthy with some wax and white peaches.
Palate: Pure, natural cane juice with hints of pineapple and superb notes of mandarin. It's subtle, elegant, and quite refreshing. Finish: Short and all about Mandarin.
