Tasting note
N°1 sits in Jean Fillioux's Cognacs of Exception range, and it is made in very limited quantities. The wine is distilled on its lees, twice, in a Charentais pot still, from Ugni Blanc grown on clay-limestone soil in Grande Champagne. It is bottled at 46% in a 500ml bottle.
Tasting. The house describes a cognac of noble breeding with a striking freshness. In the glass it is amber with coppery tints. The nose is all intense fruit, mango, orange and tangerine, with blossom; the palate brings turmeric, fresh orange, rosewood and a note of apricot liqueur. The attack is broad, and the strength shows as power rather than harshness.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
