Roger Groult's 3-Year-Old Calvados is fresh and full of fruitiness. This allows the apples to shine through and works chilled on its own, with tonic or in a variety of cocktails. Awarded World's Best Calvados at the World Drinks Awards 2014 and 2016.

Slowest Carrier ever

Good product at a competitive price but the delivery left a lot to be desired. Sendle, the carrier, took 5 days to pick up the order from Liquor Wine Cave's warehouse at Port Melbourne and another 10 days to get it to an address in suburban Adelaide. It would seem that Sendle is a virtual carrier. It has no trucks of its own but farms out work to real trucking companies that have spare space on their trucks. Perhaps a good business model for keeping freight prices low, although I was charged $16 to deliver a single bottle of Calvados, but not a good business model for ensuring prompt delivery.
