This latest opus from the Cellar Master’s collection Saint James brilliantly closes the tribute to the “Grands Crus” of the Distillery. Its rarity is the result of a controlled distillation of the pure juice of cane and prolonged aging of sixteen years in medium tropical without topping or reduction. A Great Rum from Martinique.

Dark mahogany. Sandalwood fragrances are carried by a very woody elegant. The attack of candied fruit opens little by little towards warm gourmet notes (cocoa and mocha) A controlled degree that allows the flavors to express themselves with finesse.
