Tasting note
Every Ti' Punch needs a sweetener, and Saint James makes this one for the job. It is a liquid cane sugar made from pure sugar cane juice, bottled in a 700ml size.
What it is like. Clear, crystalline and bright in the bottle, with a soft island perfume of vanilla and fruit that carries through into the drink.
How to use it. Being liquid, it mixes in straight away. Saint James uses it in its Gran' Punch: 4cl Saint James White, 1.5cl cane syrup, a top-up of sparkling water and a large wedge of lime squeezed over the top. It works just as well in daiquiris, mojitos and iced tea, or anywhere sugar syrup is called for. Pair it with a bottle from our Saint James collection.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
