Tasting note
For a century now, Vedrenne has been making Supercassis, the signature crème de cassis of its Nuits-Saint-Georges liqueur house. Vedrenne uses mostly Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants and follows the traditional Burgundy method, with a generous proportion of berries in the maceration.
How it is made. The berries travel straight from the fields to Nuits-Saint-Georges, where they steep in alcohol in rotating stainless steel vats, kept away from air and light. After pressing, the infusion is sweetened with dry sugar alone and nothing else is added.
Tasting. Bright garnet in colour, with a burst of freshly crushed black berries on the nose and an immediate, powerful rush of fruit on the palate.
Using it. Pour it neat over ice, top it with a dry white or a sparkling wine, or reach for it in cocktails. Vedrenne also suggests it in the kitchen as a topping. Refrigerate once opened. More from the house is in our Vedrenne range.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
