Tasting note
Vedrenne's watermelon syrup is an alcohol free cordial from the Burgundy liqueur and syrup house at Nuits-Saint-Georges, made to capture the coolness of watermelon just sliced open.
Colour. A dazzling red.
Aroma. Freshly cut watermelon.
Flavour. Refreshing, with a light touch of acidity to keep it balanced.
The syrup is made with fruit juice and purified water, and its sugar gives it a long shelf life. Use it as the base for a homemade soft drink, mix it into cocktails, or bring it into desserts and pastry work.
The full range of flavours is in our syrup collection.
