After one very dry period between February to March, this cuvรฉe is one of the driest vintages before 2000 for Saint James. The perfect harvest with a lot of qualitative canes created a rum full of ripe fruit aromas and natural sweetness.ย This cask has been aged for more than 10 years to develop an aromatic palette.

The Rhum spends three years in re-charred Bourbon barrels and then is transferred to new American oak barrels for at least one more year before it is ready to be bottled.
