Tasting note
Lamberti Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a sparkling white from the Veneto in north east Italy.
Prosecco is made from glera and, unlike champagne, takes its second fermentation in a pressurised tank rather than in the bottle. That is what gives the style its light, foaming, fruit-forward character: the wine spends little time on its lees, so the fruit stays in front and the bready notes never develop. Extra Dry is the confusing part of the label. It is sweeter than Brut, not drier. Lamberti is based at Cavaion Veronese, near Lake Garda.
Serve very cold as an aperitif, or use it in a spritz or a Bellini.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
