Tasting note
Pere Ventura Clos Amador is a traditional-method cava from the Penedes in Catalonia, bottled at 11.5% ABV.
Pere Ventura works out of Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the town where most of Spain's cava is made. Like champagne, cava takes its second fermentation inside the bottle and then rests on its lees, which is what builds the fine bead and the toasty, bready note behind the fruit. Clos Amador is one of the house's brut cuvees, a dry style with very little dosage.
Serve it cold. Good as an aperitif, and it stands up well to jamon, tapas and anything fried.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
