Tasting note
Ananas Rôti is part of Arcane's Arrangés, a collection in which the Mauritian house infuses its rum with natural flavours from fruit and spice, in the island tradition of rhum arrangé. This one is a bold pairing of pineapple and caramel with the round character of Mauritian rum, and every aroma in it is natural.
How Arcane serves it. Well chilled, as an aperitif or after dinner. For a sweet treat, the house pairs it with a slice of chocolate marble cake.

Guide: Types of Rum Explained: Dark, Navy, Overproof and Demerara
Rum is sorted four ways at once: raw material, still, colour and age, and origin.
