Tasting note
Cabossée means dented, and that is the look of this carafe: a bottle with a slightly pushed-in shape, closed with a natural wood stopper, in a black-on-black box with a gloss varnish and a cut-out at the back that lights up the screen-printed glass. Inside is Domaine Tariquet's VSOP Bas-Armagnac, grown, harvested and bottled on the family estate in Gascony.
The blend is 60% Ugni Blanc and 40% Baco, aged for five to seven years. Tariquet describes a supple texture with real freshness, balancing the energy of a young brandy against the complexity that comes from the barrel. Its colour comes from the oak alone.
Tasting. Deep amber. A lively nose, ripe and floral, with an almost minty freshness. The attack is round and builds with oaky spice and fresh mint, and the finish brings liquorice and macerated fruit.
Drink it at room temperature or over ice, neat or in a cocktail, before or after a meal. Tariquet also pairs it with Slavic, Indian and Asian food. More in our armagnac collection.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
