Tasting note
This four-tap absinthe fountain from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence is made for the traditional absinthe ritual. With four pourers, several glasses can be prepared around the table together.
A fountain remains the classic way to go about the ritual, and it gives the moment a real sense of occasion. It is as practical as it is decorative, and it brings a touch of the old absinthe world into the room.
Pair it with a bottle from our absinthe collection.
Guide: How to Drink Absinthe: The Ritual, the Kit, and the Australian Rules
Absinthe is legal in Australia, it does not make you hallucinate, and the ritual is chemistry rather than theatre.
