Tasting note
Bourgeois is one of the signature absinthes of Distillerie Les Fils d'Emile Pernot, a distilled absinthe whose recipe existed long before absinthe was banned. Serve it the traditional way, lengthened with cold water to taste.
The label. The bottle is known for its label by the Mourgue brothers, which pictures a black cat lapping absinthe from a glass. The scene of table, glass and carafe echoes the one Charles Maire drew for Pernod Fils.
Character. Sweet, led by anise and naturally green. Its relatively mild, subtle taste makes it an easy first absinthe, while still giving seasoned drinkers plenty to enjoy. See the rest of our absinthe collection.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
