Tasting note
Dubonnet Rouge is a red aperitif wine. Its base is fortified wine, blended with a proprietary mix of herbs, spices and peels, plus quinine. The recipe dates to 1846, when Joseph Dubonnet, a Parisian chemist and wine merchant, first put it together.
How to pour it. The simplest serve is over ice, before dinner. On a home bar it doubles as a substitute for sweet vermouth: build a Negroni with Dubonnet Rouge in the vermouth slot and you get a quinine-edged take on the classic, still made with gin and a bitter red.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
