The Whisky Cellar Mannochmore 14 Year Old Scotch Malt Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
The Whisky Cellar Mannochmore 2008 14 Year Old single malt scotch whisky is a single cask bottling after the whisky received a long (18 month) finish in a an ex-Oloroso sherry cask (cask number 9063) bottled for the series 7 out-turn from Edinburgh based Independent Bottler, The Whisky Cellar. The finish has been well managed to avoid the sherry cask dominating the delicate Mannochmore spirit.
Expect notes of dark berry jam, orange peel, black wine gums, sweet figs, nut and raisin chocolate and cake spice.
The cask produced 297 bottles (with 24 coming to Australia) at a natural cask strength of 55.3% ABV.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
