Raspberries in liqueur are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, allowed the surplus harvest to be preserved. The preparation of our raspberries has remained traditional: the flavor of the fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of raspberry brandy, and slightly sweet. An artisanal recipe, a little treat to peck with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your pastries.
