Raspberries in liqueur are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, allowed the surplus harvest to be preserved. The preparation of our raspberries has remained traditional: the flavor of the fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of raspberry brandy, and slightly sweet.
