Tasting note
Vedrenne's green mint syrup is an alcohol free menthe verte in a 1 litre bottle, made at the company's premises in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Joseph Vedrenne founded the business there in 1923, and the company specialised in fruit extraction.
Colour. Emerald green.
Aroma. Fresh and powerful, with notes of fresh spearmint.
Taste. Strong, aromatic and fresh, and it lasts.
Vedrenne sweetens its syrups with sugar from French-grown beet, uses reverse osmosis water, and turns to natural extracts for flavours that cannot come from juice. Use it in cocktails or as a cordial. Other flavours are in our syrups collection.
