Tasting note
Prunelle is the French name for the sloe berry, and this liqueur from Vedrenne is built around it.
Vedrenne was set up in 1923 at Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy, close to the blackcurrant fields, and first made its name with crème de cassis. Its fruit liqueurs follow the same quality process as that cassis, and the house now makes a broad range of liqueurs designed for bartenders and cocktail making at home.
Reach for it when mixing cocktails. You will find more of the Burgundy range, and other fruit liqueurs, in our fruit liqueur collection.
