Tasting note
Figue is a fig drink from Distillerie des Terres Rouges, one of the Vedrenne group's brands, made by macerating figs that have dried slowly in the sun. It is bottled at 17%.
Tasting. A fresh fig note on the nose, then the full intensity of fig on the palate, with the deep, round flavour of sun-ripened fruit.
Serving. Serve it well chilled before dinner or in a cocktail. In the kitchen, a splash deglazes the pan after roasting meat. Keep it in the fridge both before and after opening. Browse more pre-dinner drinks in our aperitifs collection.
