Tasting note
The oldest and arguably most Alsatian of all eaux-de-vie, Wolfberger's Kirsch traces its roots to the 18th century.
Distilled from sun-ripened black cherries with their large stones, it carries a stony, kernel-like bouquet that is powerful, full-bodied and beautifully refined. Serve it ice-cold, over ice, across desserts, or in cocktails.
