Tasting note
Fine is the young calvados in the range of Comte Louis de Lauriston, the house on Rue du Mont-Saint-Michel in Domfront. It is aged for just over two years in oak casks, and it is all about fresh orchard fruit.
Tasting. Very fruity, with apple and pear on both the nose and the palate.
Using it. This is a calvados for mixing and cooking as much as sipping. Pour it over ice, lengthen it into a long drink or shake it into a cocktail, use it in the kitchen, or freeze it into a granita. More from the house is in our Comte Louis de Lauriston collection.

Normandy is too far north for wine grapes, so it distils apples instead.

Most orders leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
