Family: Perez
Maguey: Manso Sahuayo (cultivated) 10 to 12 years and Alto (wild) and 15 years to reach maturity
Agave: SP used to be americana but no classification now, Inaequidens
Cooking: underground conical oven with river stones and pine wood
Milling: mechanical with shredder
Fermentation: open/natural in wooden vats using indigenous yeast
Distillation: double with filipino style still

Free delivery on orders over $499 , excluding WA and NT. Standard rates apply below that and to WA and NT.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
