Tasting note
Pineau des Charentes Blanc from François Voyer, the cognac house whose estate is shared between Grande Champagne and Fins Bois. Pineau is a marriage of grape must and cognac: here the grape is Ugni Blanc, and the blend is then aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months before bottling at 17.5% in a 75cl bottle.
Colour. Old gold with a slight amber tint.
Nose. Powerful and round, showing figs, vanilla and floral notes reminiscent of vine blossom.
Palate. Floral, with honey and vanilla.
Serving. Voyer's cellar master suggests treating it like a sweet wine: pour it cool before dinner, or serve it with food. Fresh fruit tart, fruit salad and vanilla cream suit it well, as does goose liver pâté. Explore more from the house in our François Voyer collection.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
