Juniper berries are harvested in autumn.
After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.
Our juniper berry spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Consume it as a digestive at 13°C in a tulip glass.
Colour: transparent, clear.
Nose: expressive, with peppery and slightly woody aromas.
Palate: fresh and intense, with notes of fresh berry, thorn and resin.
