Tasting note
Sakurao Gin Limited comes from the Sakurao Brewery and Distillery in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, and it is a showcase for its home prefecture. Alongside juniper, the recipe uses 17 botanicals chosen from the land and sea of Hiroshima, among them local cherry blossom, or sakura, the symbol of Sakurao, the town where the distillery stands.
The botanicals are steeped and vapour distilled, a combination the distillery uses to draw out their aromas, following the traditional dry gin methods of England.
Nose. Fragrant, with lemon and green tea.
Palate. Complex, with wasabi and juniper.
Finish. Persistent, ending on orange marmalade.

Delivery information
Most orders leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
