Tasting note
Giselle is Nosferatu's dessert gin, made to taste like the base of a pavlova: meringue, cream and a caramelised crust, without the fruit on top. It takes its name from the ballet Giselle, which Anna Pavlova famously danced.
How it is made. The starting point is Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin, built on Albanian juniper, fenugreek and the distillery's three-stage orange infusion and distillation. Once distilled, the gin is infused with vanilla, burnt sugar and a double cream essence, and it is produced in small batches.
Tasting. Delicate and creamy, with vanilla, meringue and toffee leading to a burnt-sugar crust on the finish.
Serving. Sip it straight, or add a light tonic and a fresh strawberry; soda water can stand in for the tonic. Like any pavlova it wants fruit, and a little fresh acidity balances its sweetness. Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
