This raspberry eau-de-vie is made by macerating raspberries in eau-de-vie. This maceration is then distilled in our traditional copper stills. It is then aged for a minimum of two years in vats. The intense aroma of the raspberry is most pronounced on the finish, with a very fresh nose and initial taste.
