La Salamandre d'Abricot brandy is obtained by natural fermentation, then distilled in our traditional copper stills and aged for at least 2 years in vats. This eau-de-vie expressed the fresh and delicious taste of ripe apricot, combined with a discreet note of almond.
Don't forget to plunge your nose, at the end of the tasting, into your empty glass to savour all the aromas of the fruit.
Best served with desserts. This strong, dry, but very aromatic alcohol goes very well with a warm pie with ice cream.
