Tasting note
Fee Brothers Orange Bitters is a citrus cocktail bitters made by the Fee family at their bitters and syrup house in Rochester, New York.
The Fees have been blending bitters, cordial syrups and cocktail mixes in Rochester since the 1860s, and the business is now run by the fifth generation of the family. Through the long stretch when hardly anyone was making cocktail bitters at all, the Fee range was one of the few a bartender could actually buy, and it has since grown past twenty flavours. Orange is the bottle most bar teams reach for after an aromatic: a bright, marmalade-edged bitterness that lifts gin, tequila and aged spirits without taking the drink over.
A couple of dashes is plenty. Good in a Martinez, in Old Fashioned variations and anywhere a drink needs its citrus sharpened.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
