Tasting note
Fee Brothers Celery Bitters is a savoury cocktail bitters made by the fifth-generation Fee family firm in Rochester, New York.
The Fees have blended bitters, cordial syrups and cocktail mixes in Rochester since the 1860s. Celery is the most savoury bottle in a range that has grown past twenty flavours, and it does the job that a celery salt rim does, only cleanly and without the texture: a green, slightly saline bitterness that pulls a drink towards the vegetal.
Made for a Bloody Mary, but worth a dash in a gin martini, a Gibson or a cucumber highball.
Delivery information
Most orders leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
