Tasting note
Nocturro is Nosferatu's fig gin liqueur, and it takes a lot of fruit: more than 3,000 fresh and dried figs are macerated in the distillery's Dead Dry Gin, before a little North Stradbroke Island honey is added. It is bottled at 28%.
Wise Farm, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, supplies the fresh fruit, joined by figs from The Figgery on Kangaroo Island in South Australia. Juniper, coriander, cardamom, orange and Nimbin cascara complete the botanicals. Head distiller Ashley and the team worked through more than 30 versions before settling on this one.
Tasting. The rich sweetness of fresh and dried fig meets the bright, dry snap of the gin, rounded out by honey.
Serving. Try it chilled over one large ice cube with a twist of lemon peel. For a long drink, mix 45ml with 90ml of Mediterranean tonic and add a slice of orange. Or make a Figroni: 45ml Nocturro, 20ml sweet vermouth and 20ml Campari, stirred and served over a large cube with an apricot garnish. More from the distillery is in our Nosferatu collection.

Most orders leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
